1. Origin bay

Orders leave Floor No. 1st FLOOR, Building No./Flat No. SHOP NO. 107, SY NO. 11/124/A-B-C, Name Of Premises/Building GOLDEN SQUARE, Road/Street NANAVAT MAIN ROAD, City/Town/Village Surat, District Surat, State Gujarat, PIN Code 395003 in moisture-safe foil with SKU labels. Prepaid shipping across serviceable Indian pin codes is free. COD, where available, carries a ₹49 handling fee shown at checkout.

2. Dispatch windows

In-stock prepaid orders typically hand to courier within 1–3 working days. Peak sowing weeks and regional holidays may extend intake. You receive a tracking reference when the packet is manifested.

3. Delivery expectations

Metro and Tier-1 pin codes often arrive in 3–7 working days after handoff; remote pin codes may take longer. Couriers control last-mile timing; we escalate stalled scans when you report them with tracking IDs.

4. Failed attempts

Keep your phone reachable. Repeated failed attempts or refusal of COD may return the packet to the bay; re-dispatch fees may apply.

5. Address accuracy

You are responsible for pin code, landmark, and phone accuracy. Corrections after dispatch depend on courier flexibility and are not guaranteed.
